High Tea Group Booking Enquiry & Gift Voucher Redemption

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A credit/ debit card is required for full pre-payment of all bookings except those that will be covered in full by a gift voucher. We are unable to accept EFTPOS cards.

  • If you are redeeming a gift voucher and the value of that voucher does not cover all guests in your party, full pre-payment of any extra guests is required at the time of booking confirmation.

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for changes to booking numbers or cancellations. If not, a charge equivalent to 100% of the high tea price per person applies for each guest that does not show up or that the booking is reduced by. 

  • When reducing guest numbers of a pre-paid booking whilst in the free cancellation period, refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account.

  • We are unable to accomodate date changes within 48 hours of your arrival.

  • We must be made aware of any dietary requirements 48 hours in advance. We are only able to cater to Vegetarian, Pescatarian or gluten-free diets.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to DiabeticsCeliacsKeto, Vegan or dairy-free diets for our high teas. We are also unable to cater to more than one allergen per person.

  • We may require tables to be vacated by 5pm for following services.
